His career spans key sectors such as oil & gas, aviation, and power, where he played a pivotal role in crafting tailored insurance solutions. He has also excelled in retail insurance, effectively reaching diverse income groups across Nigeria’s six geo-political zones.

In addition to his expertise in specialised insurance, Oludare has extensive experience in pension product marketing, offering a well-rounded understanding of both corporate and retail sectors. His strategic contributions have consistently driven market growth and profitability in every organisation he has served.

At Cornerstone Insurance Plc, where he held an executive management role, Oludare was recognised for his strong business development, relationship management, and project management skills.
