Mr. Francis A. Oketola has a wealth of experiences in Finance, Performance Management, Audit, Internal Control, Risk Management, and strategy spanning well over 30 years.
He joined KPMG, a firm of Chartered Accountants, where he articled as an accountant auditing the accounts of several organisations across industries. He moved to EIB International Bank plc (Polaris Bank) as Assistant Manager, Inspectorate Division and further rose to the post of Senior Manager, where he set up the Financial Planning and Control Department of the EIB International Bank and later Head Performance Measurement in Skye bank (Polaris Bank).
He was Chief Finance Officer at CrystaLife Assurance Plc. which later became ARM Life and now Tangerine Life, before joining Capital Express Life Assurance Limited where he is an Executive Director, Finance, Treasury & Management Services.
He is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, CITN. He holds a First-Class Honours degree from the University of Maiduguri and a post graduate economics degree from the Lagos State University.
