Mr. Omoruyi Odigie

Mr. Omoruyi Odigie is the Chief Risk Officer of the company. He heads the Enterprise Risk and Assurance Management Division. He participated in the establishment of the Risk Management function of the company.

He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).

He has over 28 years working experience in Internal and External Audit, Treasury Management, Financial Management, Risk Management, Strategy, Facilitating and Consultancy in the Assurance, Commercial Banking, Stock Broking, Real Estate, Oil & Gas, Life Assurance, and Mortgage Banking Industries.

His tenacity in the corporate sector has seen him operate in the following organizations Z.O. Osasanya & Co, Oyelami Soetan Adeleke & Co (now Baker Tilly Nigeria), Ecobank Plc, Oando Plc, and Abbey Mortgage Bank Plc. He also consults for multiple organisations in areas of financial, asset planning and risk management. Mr. Omoruyi Odigie graduated as an Economist from the prestigious Bendel State University (now Ambrose Alli University).
